I work with various teams across different sports and age groups to help establish a team nutrition strategy, taking into account individual requirements within each team.  


If you play team sports, your nutrition not only impacts on your health and performance, it has a knock-on effect on everyone else in your team. The margin between teams is often small and nutrition can make the difference between winning and losing.  If one player gets their nutrition on point, that’s great but if the whole team does, then you’re a much tougher opponent.  


I deliver team workshops on various topics from:

Match day fuelling / recovery, repair & adaptation / hydration / travel nutrition / supplements (under UKAD guidelines) & practical cooking sessions (which always become a competitive)
